'The New Black' Documentary discusses Gay Rights and the Black Community

Award-winning filmmaker and journalist Yoruba Richen gives us a real look at Gay marriage, gay rights and the Black community in "The New Black".

It's real talk, folks and I hope this gives some insight to the issues we face as a community, especially for those of us who are Black and gay.

I'm very much intrigued and interested in this film. It's eyeopening how Maryland did it considering its overwhelmingly large black population

I hate the way these people acted in this video. just what are they basing their beliefs on/ If it's the Bible then why are there so many damn liars sitting the churches. don't get me started...
I feel two grown adults should be able to love and marry who ever they choose to.
Seeing all those Black people got me nervous because I saw ignorance.
