Interesting that it seems to be a lot of young people committing these crimes. But then, those most susceptible to messages from authority....
Why would he offer a bottle of anything to a kid he doesn't even know?
1)ugh, my neighborhood again
2) i feel like this one was an attack of opportunity (assholes had numbers and alcohol to encourage them) and so (fortunately?) this maybe isn't part of the string of other attacks in manhattan so maybe this specific nonsense isn't
